Envelope (195 x 147), some soiling, used locally in Deal with 1d Wilding cancelled DEAL/KENT 11 FEB 1954, printed paper rate was 1½d therefore underpaid with '1D/TO PAY/240' charge mark of Deal and 1d postage due cancelled 'REGISTERED/DEAL KENT' oval date stamp 12 FE 54.
