Post card, slight toning, Ilminster to 'Upper Parkstone Bournemouth' with KGV ½d Downey cancelled ILMINSTER AU 8 12 and alongside BOURNEMOUTH date stamp AU 9 12. At the time it was very fashionable for Parkstone mail to be addressed to Bournemouth although incorrect, to counteract this fine strike of straight line instructional 'MISDIRECTED TO' has been applied before 'Bournemouth'.
