1772 HANTS/"WINCHESTER" HAND STAMP (HA1512). Letter Winchester to Bloxworth near Blandford Dorset dated Dec 30 1772, being an account of goods and services supplied by various tradesmen and tutors to Master William Trenchard, a scholar at Winchester, sent via cross post (no ms) but only charged "3". On reverse good strike two line "WINCHES/TER" hand stamp in black (HA1512), filing fold affects. (Ref 111426).
