Manchester' sent registered and Express mail franked with fine KGVI 2/6d yellow-green (SG 476b) and KGVI 1d pale scarlet (SG486) cancelled 'REGISTERED/THREADNEEDLE' date stamp 23 MCH 48. Usual creasing but well clear of stamps. (Ref 73561).
