Envelope from Russia to 'The Lady Napier, Barcombe, Paignton, South Devon, England' and signed at lower left 'Napier', one Sir Francis Napier who was the Ambassador in St Petersburg. On front oval 'franco' hand stamp in blue, circular 'P.' London hand stamp in red presumably struck at the Foreign Office and 'LONDON/PAID' date stamp DE 23 62. On reverse Russian and Paignton date stamps. (Ref 132726).
