Envelope from London to 'John Robert Sowerby Esq., Wolston Green, near Ashburton, Devonshire' with fine die 2 1d pl.47 rose-red on white paper (SG40) lettered AG tied fine strike London '20' Inland Office numeral. On reverse very fine strike 'LITTLE CHELSEA' straight line receivers hand stamp in dark blue (L514/LITCH15) and 'LONDON' date stamp in blue NO 24 1857. Feldman only records receivers hand stamp in 1857. (Ref 131349).
