1812/13 DORSET/'PAID' HAND STAMP OF DORCHESTER TYPE 58 (DT262). Undated wrapper (manuscript 1812 on reverse) to 'Saml Christian Gunr, Invalid R.Artillery, Citadel Plymouth' with postage paid and fair strike of the scarce and distinctive 'PAID' type 58 hand stamp of Dorchester in black (DT262). Also on front fair strike 'DORCHESTER/123' mileage mark in black (DT221). (Ref 117510).
