1855 DIE 2 ALP 3 SPEC C7 ABNORMAL PLATE 24 (GJ). A good used die 2 1d plate 24 watermark small crown (Spec C7) lettered GJ centred to right, several shorter perforations at foot, cancelled London '49' Inland Office numeral. Stamp shows 'BLUR IN LEFT MARGIN'. Very scarce printing using up the remaining small crown watermarked paper after the introduction of large crown paper. (Ref 71805).
