Within fine 'HALLETT'S POSTAGE ADVERTISER No. 6.-AUGUST 10th, 1840.' (Spec MA15d). Fine advertising within 'The plan of this work is to sell the Envelopes at 8d. per dozen to Advertisers, and to the Public at 10d....'; 'TO THE LADIES!...
