CIRCA 1860 PRINTED ENVELOPE 'THE JERSEY AND GUERNSEY ROSE'. A good unused example of the circa 1860 printed envelope in grey on white wove paper, slight soiling and some creasing, with imprint 'THE JERSEY AND GUERNSEY ROSE', with images suggesting commerce and trade with sailing ship at centre. At lower left 'JOSEPH MYERS AND CO, 144 LEADENHALL STREET, LONDON' imprint and at lower right 'C ADLER'S, PRINTING ESTABLISHMENT, HAMBURGH' imprint. First example we have seen. (Ref 136562).
