A very fine horizontal pair 1854 die 1 1d pl.157 S.C.16 (SG17) lettered HE HF with fine perforations, also adjoining horizontal strip of three lettered ID IE IF with good to fine perforations, IE vertical crease and each cancelled London '1' Inland Office numeral. Both strips originally from the same sheet with same centring and colour. 'IF' MISSING IMPRIMATUR LETTERING. A rare and most unusual piece, ex Folkard collection. (Ref 120690).
