KGV 4½d carmine registered envelope sent insured mail London to Prague, Czechoslovakia with fine 2/6 red-brown Bradbury Wilkinson Seahorse (SG415), also ½d green (SG418), 3d violet (SG425) and 1s bistre-brown (SG429) tied good to fine strikes 'REGISTERED/LONDON CHIEF OFFICE' oval date stamps 12 DEC 30. On reverse 'PRAHA' date stamp 15 12 30. Very scarce usage. (Ref 139705).
