Good used 1890 Penny Postage Jubilee 1d blue envelope with insert card from London but not posted at the South Kensington Exhibition to Philadelphia, uprated with ½d vermilion (SG197) and 1d lilac (SG172) cancelled 'London-E.C.' hooded date stamps JY 2 90. On reverse USA receiver. Unusual. (Ref 134415).
