ON COVER. 1841 wrapper Edinburgh to Wigton with fine four margined 1d red from black pl.2 (SG7) lettered II tied very fine Edinburgh M.C., also tied small part contemporary manuscript, back stamped AUG 27 1841. Within copy of reply letter from Wigton dated 28 Aug 1841. Plate 2 on cover cats. £475. (Ref 103808).
