Fine letter Liverpool to Dublin with a fine to very fine 1d grey-black pl.2 lettered PD (SG3) with four good to large margins tied red-brown M.C. and backstamped LIVERPOOL JU 16 1840. Stamp shows 7 and 10 o'clock ray flaws and "P SQUARE RE-CUT" (AS16d). (Ref 100932).
